Shipping & Delivery Policy

We always do our absolute best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, though exact times cannot be guaranteed. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that all recipient information is complete and correct at the time of ordering.

  • Weather & Holidays: During peak holidays or extreme weather conditions, delivery times may be adjusted. If we are unable to deliver your order on the requested date due to these circumstances, it will be prioritized for delivery the following day.

  • Changes & Cancellations: We are unable to cancel or modify any orders that are already en route or have already been delivered. If you need to change a delivery date or address for a pending order, please call or email our shop directly as soon as possible.

  • Recipient Availability: It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available at the delivery location on the chosen date. If a recipient is not there (e.g., leaves a workplace early or is out of town), it does not qualify for a refund or exchange, as the delivery obligation was fulfilled on the requested date.

  • The Element of Surprise: To keep your gift a wonderful surprise, we do not call recipients ahead of time to verify if they are home.

Returns & Exchanges

By purchasing from Bloom Mart & Flowers, you agree to the following terms regarding our perishable products:

  • All Sales Are Final: Because flowers are fresh and perishable, we do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

  • Quality Concerns: We take great pride in our designs! Returns are handled strictly on a quality basis. Personal preferences (such as "not liking" a specific style or color variation) do not qualify for a return or replacement.

  • 24-Hour Notification Window: If your arrangement was damaged during transit or its quality was severely affected during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Our Resolution: We will happily replace any damaged items reported within the 24-hour window. If a replacement is not possible, a shop coupon or credit may be issued at our discretion.
